Manual pressing

The Fantastic ECO combines design and quality features of the Fantastic family with a high-quality manual transmission. The 18-kg flywheel masses provide effective support for the pressing elements to plunge into the fruit, so that the movement remains round and fluid. Fatigue-free work is possible due to ergonomically designed effort.

Quick Cleaning Kit

Let the dishwasher do the work. Cleaning has never been easier thanks to the Fast Cleaning Kit. The entire press can be placed in the dishwasher for perfect hygiene. Hygiene certified by the Institut Hygienicum Graz.

Double Cover

The Double Cover is the key to 2-zone technology. By dismantling all components, including the machine rear panel (Double Cover), it is possible to guarantee absolute freedom from bacteria and germs, thus ensuring hygiene and safety.

2-zone technology

The 2-zone technology, consisting of an engine zone and a food zone, enables quick and easy cleaning of all parts that come into contact with the food. Maximum time savings, highest hygiene and safety are thus ensured.
