Features

Cross Holder

The patented Cross Holder fixes 7 end positions with just one quick release. The pressing and cutting tools can be removed or reinserted for cleaning in seconds.

Up & Down Softcutting System

Thanks to the Citrocasa SCS "Up & Down" cutting system, the highest juice purity is achieved. The perfect cut of the fruit prevents tearing of the skin and thus bitter taste of the juice. The result is maximum fruit enjoyment.

Manual transport system

Thanks to the MTS (Manual Transport System), the sieve is always clean and free of any residues (fruit pulp accumulation, seeds, peel particles). The transport system leads to maximum hygiene and juice purity with significantly reduced handling effort.

Double Cover

The Double Cover is the key to 2-zone technology. By dismantling all components, including the machine rear panel (Double Cover), it is possible to guarantee absolute freedom from bacteria and germs, thus ensuring absolute hygiene and safety.

Intelligent Stop

Whether table-top version (small bowl container - approx. 30 fruits) or stand-alone solution (large bowl container - approx. 150 fruits) - the individually programmable automatic shut-off prevents bowl backlog and ensures absolute juice purity and best taste.

Model Intelligence

The intelligent and modular design of the Citrocasa models gives you the option of converting your existing machine from manual to automatic operation at a later date. In this way, you remain flexible and can switch between personnel operation and self-service at any time and at low cost.

Tableau tray
Ideal for free-flow and canteen areas. 81.5 x 28.5 cm (width x depth).
Litter garbage can
For average quantities of orange peel, the larger waste container for the Citrocasa Fantastic ECO is the perfect solution. Ideally up to 30 port. á 0.25 liters / day.
Bottle dispenser:
bottle dispensers (for bottle sizes: 0.25, 0.33, 0.5 and 1 liter), empty bottles are always to hand.
Pedestal / distance adapter
I. Distance adapter 1 liter, dropper cup deep (3 cm depth) for bottles with height up to 22 cm. II. pedestal small (4 cm) for glasses with a height up to 15 cm. III. pedestal large (8 cm) for glasses with a height up to 11 cm.
Counter installation device
