Fantastic EVO becomes a premium self-service experience. Cleaning
has never been so easy: thanks to the Fast Cleaning Kit, the entire press mechanism can be easily removed
and cleaned completely in the dishwasher – for certified and uncompromising hygiene.
Automatic screen cleaning also eliminates the need for a water connection. Neither inlet
nor outlet are required – and there is therefore no risk of water damage.
The 3.5" touch display with warning system for technical service, fruit counting, and
operating instructions are just a few of the features.

Features
Let the dishwasher do the work. Cleaning has never been easier thanks to the Fast Cleaning Kit. The entire press can be placed in the dishwasher for perfect hygiene. Hygiene certified by the Institut Hygienicum Graz.
Thanks to the Citrocasa SCS "Up & Down" cutting system, the highest juice purity is achieved. The perfect cut of the fruit prevents tearing of the skin and thus bitter taste of the juice. The result is maximum fruit enjoyment.
Thanks to the ATS (Automatic Transport System), the sieve is automatically clean and free of any residues (fruit pulp accumulation, seeds, peel particles). The transport system leads to maximum hygiene and juice purity with significantly reduced handling effort.
The Double Cover is the key to 2-zone technology. By dismantling all components, including the machine rear panel (Double Cover), it is possible to guarantee absolute freedom from bacteria and germs, thus ensuring absolute hygiene and safety.
Whether table-top version (small bowl container - approx. 30 fruits) or stand-alone solution (large bowl container - approx. 150 fruits) - the individually programmable automatic shut-off prevents bowl backlog and ensures absolute juice purity and best taste.
The intelligent and modular design of the Citrocasa models gives you the option of converting your existing machine from manual to automatic operation at a later date. In this way, you remain flexible and can switch between personnel operation and self-service at any time and at low cost.
