Manual pressing

The ECO PLUS combines the design and quality features of the Fantastic family with a high-quality manual transmission. The 18 kg flywheel weights provide effective support for the pressing elements to dive into the fruit, ensuring that the movement remains smooth and fluid. Ergonomic design allows you to work without fatigue.

Cross Holder

Fast disassembly and maximum operational safety. The patented Cross Holder fixes 7 end positions with just one quick release. The pressing and cutting tools can be removed or reinserted for cleaning in seconds.

Double Cover

The Double Cover is the key to 2-zone technology. By dismantling all components, including the machine rear panel (Double Cover), it is possible to guarantee absolute freedom from bacteria and germs, thus ensuring hygiene and safety.

2-zone technology

The 2-zone technology, consisting of an engine zone and a food zone, enables quick and easy cleaning of all parts that come into contact with the food. Maximum time savings, highest hygiene and safety are thus ensured.

Pedestal / distance adapter

Counter installation device
