• As a Technical Project/Product Manager, you’ll be part of our innovation team and work directly with the Technical Director
• You’ll oversee new products from the initial idea through to mass production
• You coordinate development partners, production, and technical interfaces—internationally and with a high degree of autonomy
• You find solutions where others see only challenges
• You conduct prototype testing, oversee certifications, and ensure that ideas become market-ready premium products
• You bring together engineering, production, sales, and marketing toward a common goal: the best freshness experience on the market

• You have completed a technical degree (university, technical college, or similar) and already have some experience in project or product management
• You combine technical expertise with a hands-on approach

• you are fluent in German and English
• you are interested in international projects and occasional travel to partners and production sites
