Service Technician (m/f/d)

38.5 hours - Linz

Are you technically skilled, enjoy working independently, and appreciate the variety of working with customers and performing tasks at the office? Then join our team.
In this role, you’ll spend about 50 to 90 percent of your time in the field visiting our customers in Austria and Germany. The rest of the time, you’ll take on a variety of technical tasks at our office.

After completing comprehensive training, you will perform new installations, maintenance, and repairs directly at our customers' locations in Austria and Germany.
You ensure the high quality of our machines through careful quality control based on defined test protocols.
You repair and professionally refurbish used machinery.
You'll support our customer service team with technical inquiries and solutions.
You will assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and the organization of spare parts.
You will conduct technical training sessions for service partners and sales partners.

You have completed technical training, such as an apprenticeship or HTL, and ideally have already gained some initial professional experience in a technical field.
You have good manual dexterity and a strong aptitude for technical work.
You work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail.
You are known for your flexibility, dedication, and enthusiasm for taking on a variety of tasks.
You have a customer-focused communication style, enjoy working as part of a team, and present yourself professionally.
Knowledge of English is a plus, but not required.
You are willing to travel within Austria and Germany.

A gross monthly salary starting at €2,900 for a 38.5-hour workweek. Depending on your education, qualifications, and professional experience, you may be eligible for a significantly higher salary.
