Healthy workplace
Citrocasa has received the seal of approval for workplace health promotion for 2023-2025. The basis for this award from the Austrian Network for Workplace Health Promotion are special measures to promote employee health, in our case, for example, workplace design, a controlled improvement suggestion system and regular employee surveys.
Family friendly company
Citrocasa can now also call itself officially certified as a family-friendly company. The compatibility of family and career has always been an essential component of the company culture. The certificate awarded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research helps us to approach these issues even more systematically. One of the central points is New Work (job sharing).
Gold medal in EcoVadis sustainability rating
The parent company (and thus all sites) was again awarded the gold medal in the EcoVadis sustainability rating. This clearly shows that our sustainability management is at a very high level based on objective assessment criteria.
