you take care of customer inquiries in export from order processing to invoicing

coordinate the scheduling and logistical processing of customer orders together with your colleagues in Sales

clarify technical peculiarities with our technical department

you do the planning and organization of transports including their documents

you maintain contact with our distributors worldwide

You're in the thick of it because ...

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
Ideally, you already have professional experience in export processing
You speak and write at least two foreign languages (English and French or Spanish preferred)
You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and ideally have also worked with BMD before
You are a team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
You have a high degree of personal responsibility and commitment
